The correct allocation of technicians according to the type of work, contributes to the increase of the percentage of incidents solved from the first call, to the reduction of intervention times but also of the company’s profitability.
Bento Field Service allows application administrators to quickly make changes to predefined configurations, without the need for application developers, which facilitates the quick and easy creation of new types of work orders and execution scenarios for received orders.

Dispatchers can visualize on the map, in real time, the positioning of teams of technicians in the field, along with the status of these teams (available, on the go, running, on break, etc.). Also, for each team, the dispatchers can view on the map the position of the works scheduled in the near future. Through the new drag and drop in Gantt functions (in the free time that the technicians have in the calendar) and drag and drop in buffer (assigning an order in the waiting list of an intervention team) the urgent works or the new ones that requires the movement of technicians in the field can be more easily assigned by the dispatcher to the most appropriate team – the one that is closest and which is also available.

Interfacing application Bento Field Service Management with SAP or any other ERP system allows the automatic taking of orders received from customers or those generated manually, and displaying them in real time, in the dispatchers screen so that they can be easily viewed and assigned to the competent teams.  Also, the result of the works performed in the field will be transferred back to ERP, eliminating the need for their manual operation.

Designed from the ground up, especially for teams distributed in the field, the mobile application offers an intuitive interface, with access based on credentials and with predefined work scenarios, depending on the type of orders received.

Technicians work much more efficiently based on execution scenarios and execution steps, defined in the back office and displayed on mobile devices, to have the certainty that the percentage of solving orders from the first intervention is as high as possible and that the information collected from the field are registered in the internal system correctly and completely, in order to be used as a reference in future interventions.

The mobile application used by technicians is configured to be able to issue or print certain documents (contracts, invoices, intervention sheets, estimates, guarantees), to automatically collect information specific to the type of work performed, to take and store photos from the intervention location directly with the mobile device, thus facilitating and streamlining the general activity of the technicians and implicitly of the user companies.
