Bento reports operating revenues of RON 56.3 million in 2025 and a net profit of RON 6.4 million
Bucharest, February 27, 2026: 2B Intelligent Soft S.A. (Bento, BVB: BENTO), a Romanian entrepreneurial company specialized in the development and implementation of software solutions and the provision of IT and Cloud infrastructure services, reports preliminary operating revenues of RON 56.3 million in 2025 and a net profit of RON 6.4 million.
“For Bento, 2025 was a year of recalibration in a market environment that continued to slow down IT investments and extend clients’ decision-making processes. In the first half of the year, we directly felt the postponement of certain projects and the lengthening of negotiation stages, which impacted the volume of contracts signed and implemented. In the second half of the year, commercial activity regained momentum, and some of the projects previously in advanced negotiation stages were signed and entered execution. Compared to the initial budget, the results reflect a lower level of volumes; however, they are in line with the revised estimates communicated together with the publication of the H1 2025 results. The budget adjustment during the year was based on the limited visibility in the first semester and the slower pace of contracting, and the preliminary execution confirms that this approach was realistic and provides us with better visibility and control over the future evolution of the business,” stated Radu Scarlat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bento.
At the operational level, EBITDA amounted to approximately RON 7.2 million, while operating profit reached RON 6.1 million. Although these levels are below those initially budgeted at the beginning of 2025, they reflect the company’s ability to adjust its cost structure and maintain a solid level of profitability, in a context where investments in the development of proprietary products and in team consolidation continued.
The preliminary results for 2025 are in line with the estimated range communicated by the company following the budget update announced together with the publication of the results for the first half of the year: operating revenues between RON 55 and 72 million and a net result between RON 4 and 9 million.
A key milestone for Bento in 2025 was the signing, in Q4 2025, of a significant contract in the energy sector, which involves the implementation of the hardware infrastructure required for the project, as well as the delivery and integration of the company’s proprietary Bento Field Service Management (Bento FSM) software solution. This project validates both the maturity of the internally developed products and the company’s capacity to deliver mission-critical systems for large organizations. No revenues related to this contract were recorded in 2025, with implementation scheduled to begin in 2026. The upper limit of the budget range communicated during the year also considered the scenario in which this contract, then in advanced negotiation stages, could have generated revenues before the end of the financial year.
“In 2026, we will continue to build on the foundation laid in recent years, with a stronger focus on leveraging our proprietary products and expanding into external markets. We believe that the technology we have developed has the potential to generate impact at a broader scale, and our role is to bring it to where it can create tangible value. We aim for the investments made in development, in our team and in know-how to translate into a new chapter of long-term growth for Bento,” added Vlad Bodea, co-founder of Bento and member of the Board of Directors.
Bento has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since March 2022 and is one of the few technology companies in Romania that develops its own proprietary software products.
