Bento posts operating revenues of 36.5 million lei in the first nine months of 2025

2B Intelligent Soft S.A. (Bento, BVB: BENTO), a Romanian entrepreneurial company specialized in the development and implementation of software solutions and the provision of IT and Cloud infrastructure services, recorded operating revenues of 36.5 million lei and a net profit of 2.5 million lei in the first nine months of 2025. The evolution in the third quarter indicates a repositioning of the company’s activity and a visible improvement in operational efficiency compared to the first half of the year.

The financial results for the first nine months of 2025 reflect an evolution in line with previously communicated expectations, in a context that remains challenging for the IT industry. After a first half marked by delays in contract signings and lower activity in the IT investment segment, in the third quarter we observed an improvement in commercial dynamics, confirmed by higher business volumes and the signing of new contracts. Regarding the outlook for the full year, we maintain our assessment that results will fall within the budget ranges announced with the publication of the H1 2025 results, supported by improved commercial activity and a faster pace of project implementation in the second half of the year – operating revenues between 55-72 million lei and net profit between 4-9 million lei,” stated Radu Scarlat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bento.

At the beginning of November, Bento signed a significant contract worth approximately 34 million lei. The contract covers the implementation of a complex IT system designed to optimize operational processes in the energy sector, a project that also includes the implementation of the Bento Field Service Management (Bento FSM) solution. Adoption of this solution by some of the largest companies in Romania’s energy sector represents a strong validation of the value and maturity of the developed product. It confirms the real operational benefits the platform provides to users and proves that the relevance of Bento’s product portfolio and the long-term potential of internally developed platforms fully demonstrate their impact in supporting the critical processes of the company’s clients.

Looking ahead to 2026, we will continue to focus on strengthening our portfolio of proprietary software products, expanding their presence in international markets, and improving project execution efficiency. At the same time, we will pursue the development of strategic partnerships and maintain a prudent approach to managing resources and liquidity, yet oriented toward resuming sustainable growth,” added Vlad Bodea, co-founder of Bento and member of the Board of Directors.

Between October 01–14, 2025, Bento conducted a public tender offer for the purchase of its own shares, with the aim of reducing its share capital. The offer targeted the repurchase of 238,100 shares, representing 1.7% of the company’s share capital, at a price of 12.6 lei/share. Investor interest significantly exceeded the number of offered shares, with 12,642,015 shares subscribed. As a result of the pro-rata allocation method, the company repurchased the full targeted number of shares. Following the offer, Bento will cancel the repurchased shares and reduce its share capital accordingly, an operation that will be submitted for approval by Bento’s General Meeting of Shareholders.

Bento has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since March 2022 and is one of the few technology companies in Romania that develops its own software products.
