Bursa Gala // December 2024, Bucharest
The end of 2024 was crowned by an important recognition for the Bento team, receiving an award at the Bursa Gala for the “Inclusion of Bento shares in the MSCI Frontier Markets and MSCI Romania indices, under the Small Cap category, starting March 1, 2024.” These indices serve as key benchmarks for monitoring the performance of small-cap companies in frontier markets, including Romania. Bento’s inclusion in these international rankings not only reflects the strengthening of our market position but also opens the door to increased visibility and liquidity opportunities, marking a significant milestone in our growth journey.
ARIR Gala // December 2024, Bucharest
2024 was a year full of challenges and opportunities, crowned by numerous distinctions recognizing the hard work and dedication of the Bento team invested in every project implemented throughout the year. The Romanian Association for Investor Relations (ARIR) honored us at the ARIR Gala with the award — “Star of the Year in the Capital Market – Main Market, with a market capitalization under 450 million euros.”
Finance Intelligence Gala // December 2024, Bucharest
For the second year in a row, Bento – Intellectually Curious was nominated at the Finance Intelligence Gala, receiving the “Bursa ENVISIA – ESG – International Sustainable Business” award. This recognition reinforces our commitment to supporting the development of capital market professionals and promoting sustainable corporate governance practices, which include transparency, accountability, and ethics in company management. BVB Arena 2024 // December 4, 2024, Bucharest
On December 4, 2024, at BVB Arena 2024, Radu Scarlat — Chairman of the Board at Bento – Intellectually Curious — participated as a speaker in the workshop organized by the Bucharest Stock Exchange. He had the opportunity to share with Romania’s entrepreneurial community our experience on the capital market, the strategic decision to go public, the steps taken, and the tangible benefits gained from this process, thereby providing valuable guidance for companies aiming to grow sustainably through access to financing and transparency.

On November 27, 2024, we hosted the third edition of the annual event “Exploring the Power of Partnerships – 20 Years Anniversary,” celebrating 20 years since the company’s founding. We were honored to be partners of the Future Gala of Boards 2024, an event organized by Envisia – Boards of Elite, renowned for its tradition within Romania’s business communities. This gala celebrated excellence and brought together board members, business leaders, and academic representatives, providing a valuable platform for networking and experience sharing. Our colleague, Claudiu Negrisan, Member of Bento’s Board of Directors, had the honor of serving on the jury that selected the “Contributor of the Year in the Envisia Community” and presenting the award to the winner, further strengthening our commitment to professional development and the recognition of excellence in leadership.
Power Shift Summit 2024 // October 30, 2024, Bucharest.
Vlad Bodea, co-founder and board member of Bento, was a speaker at the prestigious Power Shift Summit 2024 – Watts the Future, participating in the panel “How the Technology Sector is a Key Stakeholder in Renewables.” Alongside prominent leaders from the energy industry, Vlad discussed the impact of digitalization, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence on the energy sector, highlighting how Romania can prepare for the increasing electricity demand through a data-driven approach. IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition // August 11–15, 2024, Toronto, Canada
The Bento team participated alongside members of the Romanian Water Association at the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition, a global event dedicated to water professionals. This opportunity strengthened our partnerships and emphasized our commitment to making a significant impact on the digitalization of the water industry. We successfully introduced our Bento FSM solution to attendees—designed for utility companies with field technician teams—to help streamline processes, optimize revenues, and enhance end-customer satisfaction.
