Bento reports a 73% increase in operating revenue and a net profit of RON 7.9 million in H1 2026

Bucharest, September 15, 2026: 2B Intelligent Soft S.A. (Bento, BVB: BENTO), a Romanian entrepreneurial company specializing in the development and implementation of software solutions and the provision of IT and cloud infrastructure services, recorded operating revenue of RON 42.9 million in the first half of 2026, up 73% compared to the same period last year. Net profit amounted to RON 7.9 million, a significant increase compared to H1 2025, when net profit stood at RON 0.3 million. Turnover reached RON 36.7 million, up 109% compared to the first half of the previous year, driven by intensified operational activity and the contribution of projects currently under implementation.

“The results recorded in the first half of the year confirm Bento’s return to a solid growth trajectory and reinforce our confidence in the direction in which we have built the business. Our objective is to capitalize on the demand for complex projects and recurring services by developing long-term commercial relationships and a more predictable revenue base. At the same time, we will continue to invest in our proprietary software products, which differentiate us in the market and can support our expansion to new clients and industries. In the period ahead, our focus will be on executing the projects currently under way, meeting our budgeted targets and developing new commercial opportunities in both local and international markets,” stated Radu Scarlat, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Bento.

Following the end of the first half of the year, Bento received the first three firm orders, with a total value of EUR 1.5 million, excluding VAT, under a framework agreement for the phased procurement of IT equipment intended for the technological upgrade of the fuel stations operated by a client active in the distribution of petroleum products.

The company also entered into a significant framework agreement for the provision of IT operations and support services to another client in the same sector. The estimated annual value of the services amounts to approximately EUR 1 million, excluding VAT, while the estimated value for the initial three-year contractual period is EUR 3.1 million. This may increase to EUR 5.2 million if the option to extend the agreement by a further two years is exercised.

“The growth recorded during this half-year period was supported by a team that managed a significantly higher volume of activity generated by new and recurring projects. For us, this is an important sign of the organization’s maturity and of the experience accumulated over the past few years. As projects become larger in scale, we must maintain the right balance between delivery capacity, the quality of our work and the development of our colleagues, while preserving the company’s agility and operational efficiency,” added Vlad Bodea, co-founder of Bento and member of the Board of Directors.

Considering the results recorded in the first half of the year and the progress of the projects currently under way, Bento’s management maintains the financial estimates included in the 2026 Revenue and Expense Budget. The company targets operating revenue of RON 88.1 million, EBITDA of RON 14.9 million and a net profit of RON 11.1 million.
